TAPCO, a leader in traffic and parking control, seeks an Operations Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer fulfillment. You will partner with operations leadership to boost productivity, quality, delivery, and profitability through dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations analytics.
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment preferred.
• Strong Excel, data visualization, and BI tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data across manufacturing, supply chain, planning and customer service.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting to track operational health.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support S&OP, capacity planning and project initiatives with analytics.
• Create executive presentations and business cases from data findings.
