Job summary

TAPCO is seeking an Operations Analyst to analyze, monitor, and improve performance across manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and customer fulfillment. You will transform data into actionable insights and support initiatives that drive productivity, quality, and profitability.

The role combines strong analytical skills with practical manufacturing knowledge and requires effective communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, and customer service performance data.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Monitor trends and identify root causes of performance gaps.
• Support operational reviews by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Analyze production throughput, labor utilization, capacity, and schedule attainment.
• Evaluate inventory performance, material availability, and inventory turns.
• Identify bottlenecks and constraints impacting production flow.
• Support S&OP and capacity planning activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and material flow metrics.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, and other systems.
• Build automated reporting solutions and BI tools.
• Create executive-level presentations and business cases.
• Track project performance and assist with implementation planning and post-implementation measurement.
