Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to translate manufacturing and procurement data into actionable insights. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and IT to improve performance and support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, manufacturing analytics, procurement analytics, BI, or related analytics role.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex data analysis functions.
• Experience building dashboards/reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, MRP, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and supply chain data from ERP systems to support objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, schedule attainment, inventory performance, supplier delivery, and material availability.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities in manufacturing and procurement processes.
• Evaluate production schedules, capacity utilization, labor productivity, and equipment performance for planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability to balance service and investment.
• Assess supplier performance through quality, delivery, lead times, and costs.
• Support procurement with spend analysis, supplier scorecards, and trend reporting.
• Create forecasting models for inventory demand, production capacity, and procurement planning.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, ERP reporting tools.
• Deliver routine and ad hoc reporting for multiple business units.
• Collaborate to ensure data accuracy and consistency across metrics.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance reporting reliability and business performance.
• Provide analytical support for Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives.
