Job summary

ALAMANCE FOODS INC is seeking an Operations Analyst to design and optimize production and packaging processes in Graham, NC. You will administer databases, build dashboards, and analyze KPIs to drive efficiency and reduce waste across food and beverage operations.

The role requires a Master’s in Business Analytics or MBA with at least 6 months in business development, plus strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and prescriptive analytics. On-site position with no travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business analytics, MBA, or related field.
• At least 6 months experience in business development.
• Knowledge of process and supply chain analytics, prescriptive analytics, and data management.
• Skills in statistical analysis, linear programming, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience with DOE and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize operations solutions for food and beverage products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to shape operations strategy.
• Build dashboards to visualize KPIs like production attainment, downtime, line speed, and labor costs.
• Conduct statistical analyses and draft reports to support optimization efforts.
• Work with suppliers to assess specifications and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate packaging materials for safety, quality, and sustainability compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop specifications and testing protocols for raw materials to ensure quality.
