Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on engineering or operations experience required.
• Experience supporting and analyzing performance of manufacturing operations is a plus.
• B.A. or B.S. in Engineering required; MBA or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Apply data-driven analysis to lead changes across operations and other critical areas.
• Extract insights from data and present findings using charts and frameworks.
• Develop actionable recommendations and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive improvements.
• Support annual budget processes with detailed evaluation and reporting.
