Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in operations analytics or related analytics.
• Strong ability to interpret data and translate into recommendations.
• Experience with SQL and dashboards.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance, KPIs, revenue trends across Koin, Marker Trax, and Marker Trax Digital.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve client outcomes and product usage.
