Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Analytics on reporting, data analysis, and dashboard building.
• Conduct side-by-side reviews with Operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Work with Customer Service to analyze calls, provide feedback, and identify customer experience enhancements.
• Support day-to-day activities across Operations teams.
• Engage in strategic planning and execution.
• Partner on projects to strengthen and optimize Operations functions.
• Assist with product rollout implementation.
• Develop clear objectives (OKRs) and build business cases for initiatives.
• Use AI to evaluate processes and create business solutions.
• Enhance business acumen in health care and work directly with members and providers.
