Job summary

Teknor Apex invites applications for a Customer Service Automation & Data Analytics Intern to support the Customer Experience team. You will organize and analyze data, assist with automation initiatives, and help implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

The internship targets students pursuing business analytics, information systems, or related fields and offers hands-on experience across data management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Junior, Senior, or graduate student preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in automation, AI, and business process improvement.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Service initiatives by performing data entry, validation, and data cleanup to improve data quality and accuracy.
• Assist in identifying manual processes that can be improved through automation or AI solutions.
• Help develop and maintain automated workflows that improve efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Organize, review, and maintain customer and operational data across multiple business systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and documentation to support the Customer Experience team.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT on continuous improvement projects.
• Document current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Test and validate automated solutions before implementation.
• Support special projects and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
