Job summary

Cohen-Esrey seeks an Operations Support Manager for Iowa and Nebraska to support regional operations through data analysis, audits, coordination, and team communication. You will work with RVPs and property teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance, including Tax Credit and HUD/Project-Based Section 8 experience.

The role requires collaboration across departments and a proactive approach to resident, vendor, and property team inspections.

Qualifications

Affordable multi-family property management experience required.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with required software tools (MS Office, Onesite, EIV).

Responsibilities

Build a team of capable Property Managers and create a positive service environment.
Assist Regional VP with special projects.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve resident concerns.
Act as Owner Liaison to strengthen relationships with partners and agencies.
Adhere to guidelines in government programs.
Perform quarterly file audits and correct discrepancies.
Assist marketing and retention initiatives and ensure accurate materials.
Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data.
