Job summary

Cohen-Esrey is seeking an Operations Support Manager for Nebraska and Iowa, based in Hastings, NE. This role supports regional operations through data analysis, audits, and cross-functional coordination to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

The successful candidate will lead a property-management team, collaborate with RVPs, and oversee government programs like Tax Credit and HUD/Section 8, while maintaining a strong resident and vendor service focus.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in affordable multi-family property management.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Onesite, and EIV.

Responsibilities

• Building a team of highly-capable Property Managers and creating a positive work environment.
• Assist Regional Vice-President (RVP) with special projects.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns.
• Owner Liaison – Enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities.
• Adhering to guidelines within government programs.
• Performing quarterly file audits and correcting discrepancies.
• Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring material accuracy.
• Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data.
