Qualifications

• Experience analyzing operational data, mission feedback, or lessons learned.
• Ability to develop or refine requirements, concepts, or TTPs.
• Ability to produce clear, concise documentation for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational insights, lessons learned, and user feedback to identify capability gaps and areas for mission improvement.
• Translate operational challenges into clear, traceable capability requirements and supporting documentation.
• Develop, evaluate, and refine TTPs in collaboration with operational users, SMEs, and partner organizations.
• Coordinate across operational, technical, requirements, resourcing, and acquisition stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with mission objectives.
• Support planning and execution of experiments, exercises, assessments, demonstrations, and training events.
• Prepare leadership‑ready briefings, reports, decision papers, and other staff products.
