Job summary

SEI Corporation in Oakstown, PA is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the Corrections and Reversals (C&R) team. You will review and enter client information and transactions, set up securities and account maintenance, and respond to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

You will work on special projects, perform root-cause analysis, and help implement solutions while maintaining confidentiality and high quality in a time-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preference in Accounting, Finance or Business related field.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process and service activities for the team function.
• Review, analyze and enter client information and transactions into multiple systems.
• Set up securities and general account level maintenance with client contact.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Work on special projects as needed and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality, quality and privacy in all duties.
