Job summary

SEI is looking for an entry-level Corrections and Reversals Analyst to support the SEI Private Trust Company. The role focuses on processing and verifying client transactions, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Training will be provided to help you develop skills in financial operations and client service. You will work with multiple systems, review client data, and respond to inquiries while upholding SEI’s values of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic processing and service activities for the team.
• Review and enter client information and transactions across systems.
• Set up securities and accounts; perform account maintenance.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and timely.
• Support special projects and root-cause analysis as needed.
• Proactively suggest process improvements in line with policies.
