Job summary

SEI is seeking a Corrections and Reversals Analyst to join the Private Trust Company team in Oaks, PA. The role focuses on processing client and internal requests to correct transactions on the SEI Wealth Platform, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.

You will review client information, enter data across systems, and maintain securities and account level settings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required; preference in Accounting, Finance or Business related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process and basic service activities for the team function.
• Review and analyze client information and transactions in multiple systems.
• Set up securities and general account level maintenance; some client contact.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Work on special projects as needed; perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.
