Job Description:

The Parsons Mission Software Factory is seeking an experienced operations analyst/subject matter expert with a broad background in military Command and Control (C2) processes and systems to perform a wide range of tasks across multiple projects. Parsons is a highly technical industry leader, uniquely positioned to address our customers’ most complex challenges across air, land, sea, cyber, and space domains.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyzing customer requirements, designing user interfaces, assisting with software development through interaction with engineers, testing software functionality, and training operators for our customers.
• Thriving as a self-starter with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Traveling approximately 25-30% as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years of experience in military C2; additional experience, training, or certifications may substitute for the degree.
• Recent experience in Combat Plans Division (CPD) or Combat Operations Division (COD) within Theater Air Operations Center (AOC) or Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC).
• Ability to learn and apply skills to new functional areas.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience leading training for military and technical personnel.
• Ability to support military training exercises in various functional areas.
• Active Department of Defense security clearance, US citizenship required.
• Passport for international travel.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Familiarity with C2 systems/platforms (e.g., MAAPTK, C2CORE, TBMCS, GCCS, GDSS, MIDB, JRE, KRADOS, MAVEN).
• Experience with USMTF formatted requests in joint environments (e.g., AFATDS, AMDWS, TAIS).
• Experience supporting coalition efforts in a combined environment.
• Experience with software testing in the air operations domain.
• Certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner or SAFe Practitioner.
• Skills in requirements collection, analysis, and review or creation of CONOPS, CONEMP, TTP.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, supporting US government missions worldwide in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. Salary Range: $100,900 - $176,600
