Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We act as an extension of our clients’ teams - managing their supply chain strategy so they can focus on running their business.

About the Role

We’re hiring a sharp, analytical, and process-driven Operations Analyst to join our remote team. You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team across every part of the business: financial reporting, data modeling, systems implementation, internal operations, and client delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable switching between high-level strategy and detail-oriented execution, and is always looking for ways to make things smarter, faster, and more effective.

This is a broad role with exposure to every part of the business. You’ll lead the implementation and optimization of our tech stack (Zoho CRM, QuickMail, LaunchControl, Sinch, etc.), help manage client projects and reporting, and drive internal process improvements that help us scale.

This role is designed for someone who can grow with the company. For the right candidate, there is a clear path to evolve into a Head of Operations role as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation & Communication Support

  • Build high-quality, executive-ready presentations and reports
  • Translate complex data and operational insights into clear narratives for stakeholders
  • Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives

Financial & Business Analysis

  • Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and dashboards
  • Analyze performance data and help drive strategic decision-making
  • Support reporting needs for both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Assist with compensation modeling and financial structuring

Cross-Functional Operations Support

  • Coordinate between internal teams to keep operational initiatives on track
  • Provide support on client-facing deliverables (dashboards, reporting, models)
  • Assist with sales and marketing operations, including lead tracking, campaign setup, and CRM.
  • Collaborate with leadership and technical partners to define requirements for internal and client-facing software tools
  • Support the testing, rollout, and continuous improvement of software solutions that streamline our procurement analysis, reporting, and client delivery processes
  • Help document feature needs, track bugs or issues, and ensure user feedback is incorporated into product iterations

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, finance, business analysis, or consulting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, light modeling)
  • Experience with business tools like CRMs (Zoho preferred) and automation platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Economics, or related field
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks
  • Bonus: experience in the restaurant, supply chain, or SaaS space
