Job summary

Red Tail Acquisitions is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support performance monitoring, financial analysis, and reporting for the real estate portfolio. You will partner with Asset Management, Property Operations and Finance to track performance against budget, identify variances, and provide data-driven insights for investment and operating decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting or related field.
1–3+ years in asset management, real estate finance or analytical roles.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
Solid understanding of NOI, cap rates, cash flow, budgeting and variance analysis.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

Monitor property and portfolio performance, including occupancy and NOI variances.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual asset management reporting packages.
Support budgeting, reforecasting, and business plan updates for assets.
Track performance vs. underwriting and flag deviations for leadership.
Support capital project tracking, including budgets and ROI analysis.
