Job summary

Correlation One is seeking an experienced instructor to deliver remote, multi-week AI and data engineering training via Microsoft Teams. You will teach AI-augmented full-stack development concepts, guide cohorts through agentic workflows, and adapt content for both beginners and advanced engineers.

You will work with SMEs to ensure sessions stay current with evolving technology, and you’ll contribute to shaping delivery best practices for enterprise audiences across the US.

Qualifications

• Credibility with senior full-stack engineers
• Strong live facilitation
• Experience delivering multi-week technical training to software engineers
• Software engineering fluency to teach material
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, effective live sessions covering AI-augmented full-stack development
• Adapt delivery based on evolving content and learner needs
• Review pre-work to identify learner gaps and focus live time on the hard parts
• Collaborate with SMEs and curriculum designers to stay current on what’s taught and why
