Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, in business, public policy, or related fields.
• 2–3 years in an office/corporate environment; MS Office experience required.
• Experience in application, call center, or client service strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage client customer service requests via email and telephone; produce monthly and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate data collection with client contacts and business teams for system updates.
• Analyze time study results and provide timely feedback to project managers and clients.
• Develop and document processes, QA tests, and instruction sets.
• Perform ad hoc tasks for various project managers and staff.
