Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a client services professional to support PCG systems, time studies, and cost reports. You will handle inquiries by email and phone and produce monthly and quarterly client reports.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Office-based position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in related fields.
• 2–3 years office/corporate experience required; MS Office experience required.
• Experience in applications, call center or client services strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service requests via email and phone and produce monthly/quarterly reports.
• Coordinate data collection and system updates for time study processes.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly time study results and provide feedback to PMs.
• Communicate with clients and team to provide system support and client management.
• Document processes and assist QA/test procedures and manuals.
• Perform ad hoc tasks for multiple project managers.
