Job Title: Associate Manager, Customer Experience

Location: San Francisco, CA - Remote Role

Duration: 04+ months

Payrate: $55/hr. on (W2) - $60/hr. (W2)

About the Team:
  • Company is looking for top talent to help build our DashPass subscription business. DashPass is among Company's fastest-growing and highest-priority areas, meaning you'll influence the company at large. Together, we are building the world’s most valuable subscription product to attract and retain Company’s most loyal customers.
About the Role
  • This associate manager will report to our DashPass and VIP Experience Lead and lead strategic planning to drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives for our DashPass subscribers and our most loyal and active customers.
  • This person will report on core success metrics, develop strategies to optimize those metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies in a timely and impactful manner.
  • This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop a strategic mindset along with operational rigor to bring that strategy to life.
