Our Client, a Software company, is looking for an Operations Analyst I for their Indianapolis, IN/Atlanta, GA/Chicago, IL/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- The Onboarding Operations team is focused on seamlessly producing onboarding enablement events from end to end.
- Create high-impact, exciting, and flawlessly executed experiences that inspire everyone they touch.
- Standardize the organization, management, and production of events and programs, including enrollment, invitations, logistics, materials, and communications.
- Ensure all attendees look forward to participating in events or programs produced by our team.
- Standardize and centralize the end-to-end registration, enrollment, and attendance tracking processes.
- Participate in high-impact programs while streamlining manual processes and eliminating inefficiencies.
- Handle complex, time-sensitive registration processes for onboarding programs, including scheduling, logistics, and managing inquiries via email and Slack.
- Create and assign all enablement events and courses to cohorts.
- Manage communications with virtual and remote employees using Marketing Cloud and Slack.
- Manage collateral and calendaring documents.
- Assist in resolving manual and inefficient processes through technology platforms.
- Communicate task status to project leads and team members, coordinate cross-functionally, and influence peers and managers.
- Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment by managing time effectively, executing undefined processes, taking initiative, and meeting deadlines.
- Support daily operations, including preparing training materials, greeting attendees, troubleshooting AV/tech issues, and providing concierge services to new hires.
Requirements:
- Previous operations experience and technical fluency are required.
- Familiarity with tools is teachable.
- Experience with training and event logistics is optional.
- Candidates with less than 2 years of experience are considered underqualified.
