The salary range for this position is $59,137 - $66,530. New hires typically start within this range based on their qualifications, experience, and considerations of internal equity.

What You Will Do
Working locally from your Minnesotahome office, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of FIRST Robotics Competition events in your assigned region. Additionally, you will:

• Collaborate with the Regional Director to plan and execute FRC regional events within budget and in alignment with FIRST standards
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer Regional Planning Committee (RPC) members to ensure high-quality, well-coordinated competitions
• Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities with local and regional partners, in coordination with the Regional Director and FIRST development strategies
• Support RPC members and volunteers in fundraising efforts to cover program and event costs
• Assist in the development of sponsor recognition materials and preparation of impact reports
• Partner with RPCs to plan and deliver meaningful VIP and sponsor experiences at events
• Help recruit and engage key volunteers focused on donor relations, outreach, and partnership development
• Prepare and present monthly activity reports and meet all required HQ timelines for training, youth protection compliance, and annual partner updates

• Flexibility to travel 10- 15%, depending on the time of the year, and availability to work occasional nights and weekends
