WorldLink is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Operations Team in Frisco, TX. This role focuses on HR and business operations, including onboarding, reporting, and process improvement.

You will work across departments to ensure data integrity and policy compliance in a fast-paced, collaborative startup-like environment. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in team or independent settings.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness and accuracy.
• Onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare and maintain various reports for different departments and clients.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Follow-up activities for multiple workstreams including accounting, payroll, legal, recruiting and HR.
• Create and maintain vendor management processes and databases.
• Assess data sources used for key metrics and performance analysis.
• Review reports to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Audit and validate operational data for integrity across systems.
• Coordinate ad hoc projects across HR, payroll, accounting, recruiting, legal.
