Job summary

WorldLink is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Operations Team in Frisco, TX. The role covers HR and business operations, requiring meticulous data handling and cross-functional collaboration to ensure process integrity and regulatory compliance.

We arelooking for an Operations Analyst to join our Operations Team. You should be someone who is passionate about their career, who wants to grow and develop and willing to wear multiple hats in our operations department.

Roleand Responsibilities:
  • Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
  • Onboarding of new employees.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports for different departments and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Follow-up activities for multiple workstreams including accounting, payroll, legal, recruiting and HR.
  • Create and maintain vendor management processes and databases.
  • Work closely with operational departments to identify and evaluate the quality of different data sources used for key result/metric calculations and performance analysis.
  • Review reports to ensure they meet predefined policies and guidelines.
  • Perform all other duties that ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
  • Audit and validate operational data to ensure integrity across all systems and processes.
  • Ad hoc project management for multiple workstreams; HR, payroll, accounting, recruiting, legal, etc.
  • Works on operational tasks as assigned.
Required Experience and Education:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Self-motivatedindividual with the ability to thrive in a team-based orindependent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strongorganization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Performswork under time schedules and stress which are normallyperiodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and projectmanagement deadlines. May require working additional timebeyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
