Job summary

TD Securities is seeking an Ops Analyst I to join the Domestic Settlements team in Lake Mary, Florida. You will help ensure successful US settlement transactions by supporting daily operations, resolving breaks, and working with cross-functional partners to maintain efficient processes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and timely problem-solving, with a BS/BA or 0-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Office 365, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and/or 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Broker Dealer Operations with a focus on Equity Transactions; DTCC; Broadridge Systems –BPS; Fail Management; Books and Records Balancing.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of operations employees to facilitate the daily settlement of US broker dealer transactions while mitigating risk.
• Cross-train in several areas of the department to have a diverse skill set and comprehensive understanding of business flows.
• Review and resolve transaction breaks.
• Develop relationships with applicable members of Operations, Trading, vendors, Internal and External Auditors, Governance & Control, and Technology to ensure partnership and efficient operation and coordination.
