Job summary

Uline is seeking an Operations Analyst for the Kenosha location to transform contact center data into actionable insights that improve operations and deliver legendary service across North America. You will build SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, analyze performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and drive process enhancements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and delivering measurable improvements in customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• RPA experience is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze contact center performance data and deliver insights that inform business strategy.
• Drive improvements that enhance customer service operations, efficiency and processes.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to support performance, trend and statistical reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and deliver results that meet business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Robotic Process automation (RPA) a plus.
