Kenosha Branch at Uline is seeking an Operations Analyst in our Corporate Customer Service department to turn contact center data into actionable insights that improve operations and ensure legendary service across our North American company.

Your work will include analyzing performance data, building SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results that meet business needs. This on-site role supports a growing network and offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Robotic Process automation (RPA) a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contact center performance data and deliver insights that inform business strategy.
• Drive improvements that enhance customer service operations, efficiency and processes.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to support performance, trend and statistical reporting.
