• Works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, including capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing.
• Identifies operational problems and recommends solutions.
• Collaborates with teams to solve items.
• Provides periodic reports to management.
• Creates and maintains policies, procedures and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service.
• Ensures teams comply with principles and standards; supports process improvements.
• Assists with projects led by lines of business management.
