Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Works with managers on capacity planning, forecasting and unit costing.
• Identifies operational problems and recommends solutions.
• Collaborates with teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Provides periodic reports to management.
• Creates and maintains procedures and training materials.
• Ensures compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices.
• Supports change management initiatives.
