Job summary

Achieve is seeking a motivated project support specialist for the Continuous Improvement team. You will rotate through various areas to learn how financial services operations function and contribute to the company’s success in a hybrid/remote environment.

The ideal candidate is a recent or soon-to-be college graduate in Tech or Business, with strong Excel skills, a data-driven mindset, solid communication, and the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• You’re an MS Office wiz, especially Excel.
• Data driven with some knowledge of Data Analysis.
• Position is ideal for recent or soon-to-be college grads that are Tech or Business majors.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
• Updating process docs, scheduling meetings, data gathering/analysis
• Process mapping/Process flow creation
• Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvements
• Perform research and analysis in support of the operations
• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
• Estimate cost and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
• Help launch new initiatives
