Job summary

Access Analytix in Chicago is seeking a Business Operations Associate to execute core workflows and support operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate remote teams, ensure accurate transactional execution, and help improve processes while maintaining KPIs.

The role requires 1+ year experience, Excel proficiency, and a Bachelor's degree preferred; schedule Tue-Sat Day shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced settings.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; quick learner of new systems.
• Experience collaborating with remote and offshore teams.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and priority management.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve issues in real time.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee end-to-end transactional workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
• Align and improve processes across teams and systems; close gaps.
• Coordinate work of remote and offshore teams; provide guidance and support.
• Maintain SOPs and track KPIs to ensure compliant execution.
• Support system implementations, updates, and projects for scalability.
• Manage inventory using internal tools; verify conditions and catalog items.
