The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members for our Alternative Investment Funds Investor Services Team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for our clients' hedge and private equity funds.
What you will do:
- Responsible for onboarding investors into our clients' hedge and private equity funds. Your due diligence and attention to detail will ensure all necessary data and documentation are received at subscription. You will then input relevant data into our contact management system to facilitate investor reporting.
- Enforce Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures when reviewing investor transactions, following our department's rules to prevent illegal income generation.
- Supervise clients' bank accounts for investor wire activity and create wire templates for investor payments.
- Generate and reconcile investor reports, such as capital statements. After client approval, disseminate these documents to end investors via automated processes.
- Communicate with investment managers and investors regarding inquiries on subscription documents and reporting, maintaining high-quality client engagement.
- Participate in IMS and corporate development sessions to acquire new skills, identify process improvements, and collaborate with a diverse team to grow your career.
What we need from you:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Internship experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple deliverables with quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client support
- Excellent customer service skills for daily client interactions
