The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is expanding and seeking new members for our Alternative Investment Funds Investor Services Team. Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and administration for clients' hedge and private equity funds.
What you will do:
- You will oversee the onboarding of investors into hedge and private equity funds, ensuring all data and documentation are accurately received and entered during subscription.
- You will ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering policies during investor transaction reviews.
- You will monitor client bank accounts for investor wire activity daily and review wire templates for investor payments.
- You will generate, reconcile, and distribute investor reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- You will communicate with investment managers and investors regarding inquiries on subscriptions and reports, maintaining high client service standards.
- You will conduct performance appraisals, hold monthly one-on-ones, and support career development.
- Your attention to detail during reviews is crucial for error-free processing and team success.
- You will participate in professional development sessions to identify process improvements across the division.
- You will collaborate with a diverse team and have opportunities for career growth.
What we need from you:
- BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in fund services; alternative investments experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to train others in its use.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
