Identifies areas for improvement, implements solutions, and ensures optimal performance. Leverages data to streamline processes, reduce errors, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data entry for efficiency and accuracy; recommend improvements.
• Manage projects enhancing data entry, customer service, and IT implementation.
• Optimize customer service using data analysis.
• Collaborate with IT on operational system improvements.
• Monitor KPIs for data entry, projects, and customer service.
• Report on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and resolve issues in data entry, projects, and IT.
