Job Summary

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our field operations through actionable data insights, performance tracking, and continuous process improvement. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about operational excellence and wants to make a tangible impact across a growing portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Title: Processing and Organizing (70%)

  • Prepare, review, and process title applications, transfers, and registrations for manufactured homes.
  • Ensure titles are properly recorded in accordance with state and local laws.
  • Track title status and maintain an organized title inventory for each community.
  • Work with DMVs and other state/local agencies to resolve title discrepancies or delays.
  • Coordinate title paperwork during home sales, purchases, and resales (both owned and company-owned homes).
  • Ensure compliance with titling regulations across multiple states.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of all title transactions.
  • Respond to internal and external audits or document requests as needed.
  • Communicate with lenders, title agencies, and third-party vendors regarding title-related matters.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding through the titling process.
  • Support onboarding of new vendors or process improvements, where applicable.

Operational Analysis & Reporting (20%)

  • Conduct market surveys to ensure market rates are competitive.
  • Assist in setting up Trainual for all new processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle and assist in risk management aspects: track community incidents, employee incidents, and file necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in creating, distributing, and scheduling company meetings or events.
  • Assist in ordering supplies, materials, and other operating items.
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of annual budgets, capex, and weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as needed.

Process Improvement (10%)

  • Collaborate with field leaders to identify and implement operational best practices.
  • Document and streamline processes related to leasing, maintenance, services, and training.
  • Contribute to operational SOPs and training documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of operational support experience, supporting a director, multiple managers, and teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively without direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing calendars, correspondence, travel/expenses, and meetings.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and professional behavior.
  • Proficiency in time management and prioritization.

Physical Demands: Ability to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment.

Skills: Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, organized, and a problem solver.

Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
