What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data, producing daily/weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Assist in root cause analysis for reconciliation process issues and prepare data for more experienced analysts
- Identify basic out-of-reconciliation issues and support resolution efforts
- Finalize internal forms and maintain a history of financial reporting for senior management
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss action plans for out-of-reconciliation conditions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience of financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including macros and pivot tables
- Understanding of financial audit rules and bookkeeping processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge and experience of financial reconciliation within the financial industry
- International qualifications such as London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Higher Accounting
