What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily and weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Assist more experienced analysts with root cause analysis and resolution of reconciliation issues
- Draft communications to clients regarding the status of identified issues
- Understand and assist in the implementation of changes impacting the reconciliation process
- Maintain a history of financial reporting for senior management review

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in financial reconciliation
- Knowledge and experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including macros and pivot tables
- Familiarity with financial audit rules and bookkeeping processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in financial reconciliation
- Basic knowledge of financial reconciliation processes
- International qualifications such as LCCI Higher Accounting
