Summary of This Role

Implement and manage a system reconciliation service for clients. Identify and investigate out-of-reconciliation conditions, collaborate with support teams for root cause analysis, and implement resolution actions. Participate in meetings to discuss and resolve out-of-reconciliation issues.

What Part Will You Play?

• Extract and compile financial data, produce reconciliation reports, and support senior analysts.
• Assist in root cause analysis and data fixes to resolve reconciliation issues.
• Draft communications regarding client issues and support process/system changes.
• Maintain records of financial reports and issue tracking.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of financial reconciliation, preferably in finance industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or related field
• At least 4 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of international financial reconciliation and certifications like LCCI Higher Accounting

Desired Skills and Capabilities

• Strong understanding of job tasks and application of knowledge
• Ability to handle routine to moderately complex assignments
• Self-directed with minimal supervision
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables
• Knowledge of financial auditing and bookkeeping
