• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally with a strong academic record.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, fund administration, or financial services.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Organized, accountable, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Interest in learning private markets and asset management operations.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate, timely day-to-day post-close operational activities across private market products.
• Assist with transaction processing, position maintenance, and data updates.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate exceptions, and drive open items to resolution.
• Support valuation, cash, reporting, and lifecycle-event processes.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and support business flow.
