Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, financial analysis, inventory control, or related field.
• Experience reconciling data across financials, inventory, and operations.
• Ability to prepare reports and track operational metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile production, inventory, billing, and operational data
• Prepare and distribute daily production and KPI reports
• Maintain pricing information and support monthly billing
• Reconcile floor, WIP, and finished goods inventory
• Upload and maintain operational data in Power BI
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and capital expense tracking
• Support invoice review, coding, and month-end accruals
• Track overseas shipments from origin to delivery
• Maintain SOX and operational documentation
• Support inventory cycle counts and contract administration
• Review reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Commercial, suppliers, and customers
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control
• Support additional operational and financial projects as needed

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Workplace: Fully onsite

Pay: $33–$35/hour, based on experience

Assignment: Temporary with potential to become permanent

Start Date: October 12, 2026

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support production finance, inventory control, billing reconciliation, operational reporting, and compliance activities.

This role works closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other internal teams to maintain accurate production and financial data, reconcile inventory and billing information, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile production, inventory, billing, and operational data
• Prepare and distribute daily production and KPI reports
• Maintain pricing information and support monthly billing processes
• Reconcile floor, work-in-progress, and finished-goods inventory
• Upload and maintain operational data within Power BI
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and capital expense tracking
• Support invoice review, coding, month-end accruals, and purchase-order reviews
• Track overseas shipments from origin through delivery
• Maintain required SOX and operational documentation
• Support inventory cycle counts and contract administration
• Review operational reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Commercial, suppliers, and customers
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control
• Support additional operational and financial projects as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, financial analysis, inventory control, manufacturing administration, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Experience reconciling financial, inventory, billing, production, or operational data
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing reports and tracking operational metrics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to work independently on routine issues while collaborating across multiple departments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
