Job summary

You will handle high-volume data entry, resolve discrepancies with internal partners, and contribute to quality initiatives while documenting work for productivity metrics. This is a full-time role supporting ongoing projects and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Process and QC tax-harvesting requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry with strong accuracy standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Access, Excel, and Zendesk to complete daily work.
• Participate in quality programs/initiatives to support a high level of customer service.
• Support ongoing projects as assigned by managers or team members.
• Complete required documentation for productivity measurement.
• Follow all regulatory and internal procedures.
