Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Milwaukee, WI seeks a full-time Warehouse Associate to pick and load orders for next-day delivery, operate material handling equipment, and maintain safety and efficiency on the dock.

You will build orders, load route trucks, inspect equipment, and help preserve product integrity while supporting a reliable beverage distribution network across the region.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice via case picking or bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of warehouse equipment and report deficiencies.
• Move product using material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Safely handle shipments and replenish product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report unsafe conditions.
• Handle beverage alcohol products properly.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description Summary

As a member of the Warehouse team you will play a key role in the delivery of products to our customers by safely and efficiently picking and loading orders for next-day delivery. Job Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.
• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred

• Carrying and lifting of up to 65 pounds to perform various duties as assigned for extended periods
