Job summary

Breakthru Beverage is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate. You will perform order fulfillment, load trucks, and move products using forklifts and related equipment. You will inspect and operate warehouse machinery daily, ensuring safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and preferred warehouse experience. The role emphasizes professionalism, multi-tasking, and strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment and loading build orders for dock routes per invoice.
• Load route trucks with product per computerized schematics.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
• Move products using forklifts, pallet jacks and related devices safely.
• Ensure safety and compliance; report unsafe conditions. Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment and Loading Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line. Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics. Equipment Operation and Maintenance Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies. Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed. Safety and Compliance Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product. Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions. Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
