Job summary

Breakthru Beverage California, LLC is seeking a Warehouse team member in Santa Fe Springs, CA, to pick and load orders for next-day delivery. This full-time position involves building dock orders, loading route trucks, and daily equipment checks.

The role requires good English communication, reliability, and safety focus. Compensation includes hourly pay of $24 with eligibility for an annual bonus plan, plus standard benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed
• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required
