enhanceHCM is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in supporting new hire onboarding, compliance, client billing and general administrative assistance. We're looking for someone who can quickly learn our workflows and grow into a broader operational role over time.

This position is expected to average 20–25 hours per week initially, with a flexible work schedule. As the role and responsibilities grow, there is potential to transition into a full-time position, at which time the employee will be eligible for the company’s competitive benefits package.
This position is based in Manhattan Beach, CA and requires regular on-site attendance. Candidates must be local to the area. The position is expected to be primarily on-site during the initial training period. A hybrid schedule may be available thereafter based on demonstrated proficiency, business needs and manager approval.
Wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions. Exact compensation may vary based on factors including skills, experience and certification. A reasonable estimate of current compensation range is $30–$35 per hour.
This role is designed to grow. What starts as onboarding, compliance, and billing support is expected to expand into full ownership of the placement process and, eventually, payroll processing — with increasing autonomy and responsibility as capability is demonstrated.
