You will connect accounting with Payroll, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT, driving scalable processes and clear ownership across a fast‑growing tech and manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, process discipline, and the delivery of SOPs and training material while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience leading accounting operations teams and driving scalable processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, optimize, and implement accounting processes to scale operations.
• Lead AP, payroll, expense reporting, and state filing compliance teams; ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Establish SOPs, training materials, and robust internal controls across functions.
