Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems & Data Governance to build and scale our finance systems infrastructure during rapid growth. Reporting to the VP FP&A, this role leads financial systems, master data governance, planning apps, and process optimization.

You will evaluate and implement ERP and planning platforms, establish governance and reporting capabilities, set standards, and partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Finance Systems, FP&A, or related roles.
• 5+ years leading a team with individual contributors.
• Experience administering ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience administering planning tools (Anaplan, Pigment, Oracle Cloud EPM or similar).
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence and governance.

Responsibilities

• Finance Systems Ownership: primary admin for planning, reporting, and ERP systems.
• Master Data Governance: lead enterprise-wide finance data governance processes.
• ERP & Planning System Transformation: evaluate, select, and implement scalable ERP/planning solutions.
• Financial Planning & Reporting Enablement: support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting improvements.
• Process Improvement: streamline finance processes via automation and governance.
