Job summary

Novolex is seeking a qualified accounting professional to create and post month-end journal entries and accruals, working closely with manufacturing and warehousing teams across locations. The role supports inventory accounting and ERP integration efforts within a dynamic production environment.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business, Advanced Excel, and 2+ years in operations accounting or inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• SAP or other ERP experience a plus.
• 2+ years of operations accounting and/or inventory experience.
• Ability to effectively interact with manufacturing, business units and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and post journal entries and accruals for month end responsibilities.
• Significant interaction with manufacturing and warehousing throughout the month.
• Perform account reconciliations for related accounts.
• Assist in ERP integration efforts.
• Report on inventory metrics at locations, e.g. reserves, cycle counts, etc.
