Job summary

Novolex is hiring an Inventory Analyst in Walton, KY to manage inventory accuracy and system transactions. The role involves reconciling IFS entries, processing PDNs, and leading cycle counts to support KPI reporting and month-end close.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in inventory or related supply chain work, and strong English communication. Forklift experience and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year in inventory control or related supply chain role.
• Computer literacy in an ERP system and Microsoft Office; able to use RF scanners, email, printers.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving a reach truck, cherry picker, forklift.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles IFS inventory transactions daily.
• Processes PDNs and Product Defect Notifications.
• Facilitates cycle counting: schedules counts, reconciles discrepancies, and notes root causes.
• Records and tracks inventory accuracy for weekly KPI reporting.
• Assists with physical inventories and reporting.
• Prepares production, inventory, and reconciliation reports and adjustments.
• Ensures Inventory Control and ERP system alignment; supports month-end close.
